When You Sign Up for a Themis Academy Class
We've created a simple, step-by-step registration process so that you can easily purchase our classes. Once you've checked out the items in your shopping cart, you can either a) get started right away with a DIY Class, or b) receive your confirmation and begin to prepare for a Video Class. Just follow the steps below.

Some classes will offer options, add-ons, and other personalizations. As you add items to your cart and proceed through check out, you may wish to customize your experience with consultations and opt-ins.
Watch your inbox. If you've purchased a DIY Class, your Welcome will include all needed links to access the class. If you've purchased a Video Class, you will receive a confirmation and further directions.
What Happens After I Receive My Confirmation Email?
If you purchase a DIY Class, go ahead and get started at your own pace with the lessons, assignments, questions, and other resources in the link we include in your confirmation email.
Upon registering for a Video Class, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions for the Instructor, you can send us a message ahead of time using the Contact form. The day of the class you will receive an email from the Instructor with a link to the Zoom Conference Room for the class, as well as any materials you might need. If a private Facebook group is part of the experience, and you have opted in, you will be added to that group starting a few days before the class, and ending a few days afterward. After the class is over, you will receive a final email from the Instructor with any needed follow-up materials or questions for reflection.
What Happens If I Don't Receive My Confirmation Email?
It's always a good idea to double- and triple-check before check out to make sure you have given us the correct email address to use when contacting you, and you might want to check your Spam folder just in case your email landed there.
If you do not receive your confirmation email, check your credit card/bank account to see if the transaction has shown up. If it hasn't, then perhaps your card was declined or there was a glitch in the purchase. In that case, go ahead and purchase the class again.
If the charge shows up on your statement, but you have not received your email, please send us a note via our Contact form and we will get back to you within 24 hours, once we can ascertain if charges have cleared on our side. If the charges went through, we will send you a new confirmation message.
How Many Classes Can I Take?
You're welcome to take as many classes concurrently as you wish, though some may be more demanding than others. We recommend that you try a FREE DIY class with Themis so you can experience our Philosophy of Learning in action, with zero risk.
